Service the right components
KEG: On insert-equipped KEG models, replace the specified inserts while the body remains serviceable. Drilled-jet models have different service needs. Match the part, position and orifice to your nozzle.

A matching service kit can restore a serviceable assembly when its replaceable components are the cause of the problem. JPS can help identify the parts before you order.
- Identify the exact nozzle model and fitted rotor or insert configuration. Have your order number or a clear product photo ready.
- Describe what changed and your operating setup: GPM, working PSI, hose inside diameter and hose length. Stop using damaged equipment and follow the manufacturer’s inspection procedure.
- Confirm the correct kit, included parts, service procedure, price and availability with JPS. A kit does not resolve every fault, and normal wear is separate from a covered defect.
What a useful demonstration should show
Look for the exact nozzle and configuration, machine flow and pressure, hose, pipe condition and the work completed. Compare before-and-after inspection of the same section. One successful job does not establish a universal speed, water-use or service-life advantage.
Compare cost over your own jobs
Compare purchase price, replacement parts and service costs over the same number of jobs. Record time and water used on comparable work. A useful cost per job is total tool and service cost divided by jobs completed; any time savings should come from your own measured results.

Bring operating GPM and working PSI, hose inside diameter and length, the nozzle connection, and the pipe size and blockage. For parts, bring the existing nozzle or its exact part number.

Before You Buy
What if I only know my GPM?
For 1/4-inch and 3/8-inch nozzles and kits, we only need the GPM you want to run. For 1/2-inch and larger, enter both GPM and working PSI. Start with your connection and GPM in the Finder.
Should I buy a kit or an individual nozzle?
A kit provides complementary tools for different jobs. Choose an individual nozzle when you know what is missing from your current setup.
Does every nozzle have replaceable inserts?
No. Some nozzles use factory-drilled jets; others accept replaceable steel or ceramic inserts. Check the exact product configuration or ask us before ordering.
